We have structured the bootcamp to give you the best possible chance of losing weight and more importantly reducing body fat. You get 16 supervised structured exercise sessions in 4 weeks but with the flexibility to continue your everyday life with very little change, if any. We offer you the nutritional support to make sure you don't, knowingly or not, sabotage you weight loss efforts, instead maximising your energy for the exercise sessions. Most importantly we provide a fun, friendly team orientated environment to keep you going if things are feeling tougher.
